Michael is  a former marketing specialist with over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is knowledgeable in Life and Health Insurance, Medicare Supplement, and annuities. 

While working as a Marketing Specialist, Michaela oversaw the agent department and was deemed the sole point of contact for producers. She led the development of an agent onboarding process, essentially playing a vital role in the launch of a Medicare Supplement product, in which she manually onboarded hundreds of producers for one AEP season alone. 

Michaela's known as the go-to person for agent support, handling everything from contracting, compliance, commissions processing, special agency reporting, and much more.  Throughout her career she has provided top-notch onboarding support to internal and external producers, and has mastered liaising between internal compliance and external MGA's, ensuring smooth operations. 

Above all, Michaela's passion lies in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues, making her a true asset in the industry.
