Laura is responsible for the client relationships as well as the operations delivery at HealthShare360.   She  has 20+ years of experience leading teams in developing and executing growth strategies, spending 15 years focused in the healthcare and insurance industry.  Prior to joining HealthShare360, Laura founded a boutique consulting firm, TreeTown Strategy, focused on helping clients identify and achieve their strategic goals.

Prior to TreeTown Strategy, Laura was the Director of the Voluntary Business Segment for The Hartford.  Laura led the launch of three new voluntary group products including developing the technology and service strategy for the business and creating a specialized voluntary service team and achieving the fastest growing group benefits segment at The Hartford.

In addition, Laura worked for Aetna’s Medicare & Consumer Business as a Chief of Staff and Strategy Head helping to expand the business from less than 100,00 members to over 1 million members in 5 years.  Laura then became the Head of Strategy & Planning for Aetna’s Student Health Business, the leading Student Health Insurer.  Laura implemented a strategy that resulted in a 200% increase in new membership sales over 2 years.  

Laura started her career as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting where she led project implementations and managed client relationships for Fortune 500 companies.

Laura holds a BA in economics from The University of Michigan as well as an MBA from The Michigan Ross School of Business.
