Catherine (Catie) is an experienced and innovative sales team manager and trainer with over 7 years in the healthcare insurance industry, and over 12 years in sales. She has a demonstrated history of working in a multitude of business environments to build and maintain successful teams.

Prior to joining HealthShare360, Catherine was recruited for a sales management position at an up and coming insurance brokerage that was in its’ infancy as a company. She grew with the company, managing multiple campaigns and dozens of sales agents. As the business expanded, Catherine assisted in building and piloting what is now the company’s Learning and Development department, where she became one of the first Corporate Trainers. Using her comprehensive understanding of adult learning styles to keep learners actively engaged, Catherine consistently maintained her status in the top 3% of trainers in the company. 

Before joining the healthcare insurance industry, Catherine put her effective communication skills to work as a sales leader in a plethora of industries. This diverse experience allows her to offer a unique perspective of having a very hands on sales and sales leadership background, as well as boasting her many talents as a trainer.
